That quiet place between two breaths

I have my yoga teacher to thank for her gift:

"try to find that quiet place between two breaths."

I did not know how much I was looking for it...

I have not found it, but I get glimpses of it around me...

now that I am aware I am looking for it...

...just a thought coming up to winter season....
